Parts Counter Specialist

Ability to identify construction equipment parts, or related experience with industrial, landscaping, agricultural, heavy equipment, or automotive parts is a plus. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting construction equipment parts and accessories. Use the POS system to ring up sales, handle returns, and document transactions with attention to detail. Answer phone inquiries with professional etiquette and provide timely, clear information to customers. Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to ensure parts are available for maintenance and repairs. Maintain organized, clean work area and stockroom; monitor dates, pricing, and merchandising of parts displays.
