Parts Counter Specialist
Twins Buick GMCPrimary Duties: Determines shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedure AND routes. Examines contents and compares with records, such as manifests, invoices or orders to verify the accuracy of the incoming or outgoing shipment. Prepares documents, such as bills of lading and shipping orders. Corresponds with establishments representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortage, and non-conformance to specifications Requisitions and stores shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Assist in keeping parts area clean and orderly. Restocking of inventory Assist other parts-counter staff Direct parts runner Secondary Duties: Parts delivery Back up inventory specialist and parts runner in their absence Assist with inventory counts Participates in all training programs that are made available Keeps current on new products and product updates Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
