Parts Counter Salesperson Location: Wade Tractor & Equipment / Adrenalin Powersports 1218 Enterprise Way Griffin, Ga. Job Type: Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts | Some Saturday Availability Required Pay Range: $44,000 – $65,000 annually including Hourly, Overtime, Bonuses, & Commissions Position Overview: Wade Tractor & Equipment and Adrenalin Powersports is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will assist retail and wholesale customers with purchasing parts and accessories — in person, by phone, and online. You’ll work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure inventory is accurate, the stockroom is organized, and our showroom remains clean and well-presented. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our dealership. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and via online inquiries Identify correct parts and accessories based on customer needs and equipment specifications Process orders, returns, and exchanges using computer-based systems Maintain organized stockroom and showroom displays Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory control Coordinate with service and sales departments on parts availability Support the Parts Manager with ordering and supplier communication Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships Perform basic data entry and keep accurate sales and inventory records Qualifications: Previous experience in parts sales, equipment, or powersports industry required Mechanical or equipment knowledge strongly preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer: Competitive base salary + bonus and commission structure Paid training and career development opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance (optional) Company-paid life and Long Term disability insurance 401(k) plan with employer match (½% up to 3%) Paid time off: vacation, holidays, and sick leave Employee discounts on parts and services Opportunities for overtime at Time and half Work Schedule: Full-time 8-hour shifts Alternating Saturdays March through December If you’re passionate about equipment, powersports and or parts, and helping customers find what they need — we want to hear from you!
