Parts Counter Sales Rep | Jackson, MS

We’re seeking a motivated Inside Parts Sales Representative (Back Counter) to join our team, providing commercial vehicle parts support and sales assistance to our service technicians and retail customers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Parts and sales support to retail customers Participate in company training programs for career development Assist with other parts initiatives as needed Pull and stage parts as needed Other duties as assigned High School Diploma or equivalent Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience is desired Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR Must have a strong work ethic focused on serving and supporting our customers (internal and external) Basic understanding of computers and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications Must be self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to work well within a team environment Previous Forklift experience is necessary May have to lift up to 50 pounds Aftermarket experience is a plus Shift Schedule: Candidates must be flexible to work occasional weekends and assist with parts inventory management as business needs require.
