Parts Counter Sales Rep

We're hiring at Kalmes Implement. We're looking to fill our open Parts Counter Sales Rep position. We've been a Case IH dealer in Altura since 1919, and the parts counter is where a lot of our customers are taken care of - Farmers, Contractors, and our own Service Techs all come through here. Job Summary: Day to day, you'd be helping customers find what they need at the counter and over the phone, pulling parts off work orders for the shop, reading through parts books and schematics to track down the right number, invoicing, and keeping the shelves received in and organized. What we're looking for: Someone with AG and construction Equipment knowledge. Customer service, phone, and counter. Comfortable working on a computer. Two years of parts experience is preferred, but if you have a strong equipment background and you're willing to learn the counter, we'd like to talk to you. Pay is $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses. 40 to 45 hours a week.
