Parts Counter Sales Person

What You'll Do - Help walk-in and phone customers find the right parts using model and serial numbers, parts diagrams, and our electronic catalog - Quote prices, process sales, and handle returns, warranty parts, and core charges accurately - Build relationships with repeat customers and commercial accounts - Special-order parts and follow up with customers when they arrive - Work closely with our service department to keep repair jobs moving - Receive, stock, and organize inventory; help with cycle counts - Keep the parts counter and showroom clean and well organized What We're Looking For - 1+ year of parts counter, parts sales, or equipment experience preferred (we'll train the right person) - Mechanical knowledge of tractors, mowers, ag, or construction equipment is a big plus - Comfortable with computers and electronic parts catalogs - Friendly, patient, and good at solving problems when a customer is in a hurry - Strong attention to detail, so you get the part right the first time - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods - Valid driver's license - Reliable, on time, and available to work weekdays and some Saturdays Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
