Parts Counter Sales Associate

Factory Recreation is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Parts / Accessories Counter Sales Person to join our Parts Department. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with the selection and purchase of powersports parts, accessories, apparel, and related products. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in powersports, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Job responsibilities Assist customers with parts and accessory selection and sales. Identify and order OEM and aftermarket parts. Provide product information, pricing, and availability. Process customer orders, invoices, payments, returns, and special orders. Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments. Receive, organize, and maintain parts and accessories inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter. Promote accessories, apparel, and related products. Follow up with customers regarding special orders and incoming parts. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Qualifications Powersports, automotive, parts, or retail experience is an asset. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good computer and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Knowledge or passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or other powersports products is an asset.
