Rosen Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our team. This position supports our service department, technicians, and customers by providing accurate and efficient parts assistance. Responsibilities: Assist technicians and customers with parts needs Look up, locate, and order automotive parts Process parts sales, returns, and special orders Maintain accurate inventory and organized parts areas Communicate professionally with customers and team members Work closely with the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently Qualifications: Automotive parts experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and inventory system skills Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Rosen Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
