Parts Counter Representative

Duties & Responsibilities: · Sell outdoor power equipment parts to customers calling or walking into the store. · Fill parts requests for the service techs. · Participate in rolling inventory checks. · Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner. · Customer Service - Manage difficult or emotional customer situations. · Respond promptly to customer needs. · Solicit customer feedback to improve service. · Respond to requests for service and assistance. · Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; respond well to questions. · Follow all company and vendor policies and procedures · Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; Manage competing demands. - Full time with mandatory every other saturdays (OT) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Parts Counter: 1 year (Preferred) Inventory Control: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
