At Post Equipment, we're looking for a knowledgeable, motivated Parts Counter Representative who knows their way around agricultural equipment and enjoys helping customers find the right parts to keep them up and running. This isn't your typical parts counter position! We carry a wide variety of equipment lines and replacement parts, which means every day brings something different. If you've got a strong background in ag parts, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to have you on our team! What can you expect at Post? Competitive hourly pay based on experience and knowledge Consistent daytime hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Built-in overtime! The right person will have: Strong agricultural equipment and parts knowledge, with cattle feeding equipment and replacement parts experience strongly preferred Experience identifying parts, working with parts catalogs, and helping customers find the right solutions The ability to learn multiple equipment lines and product offerings quickly Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone The ability to juggle phone calls, walk-in customers, orders, and quotes while staying organized and accurate A self-motivated attitude and willingness to take ownership of customer needs and follow through You'll do more than just sell parts.
