Parts Counter Person, Exeter C.G. Equipment, 245 McConnell St., Exeter, ON $25 to $30/hr based on experience. Permanent, full-time. CG Equipment has been a heavy equipment dealer in southern Ontario for more than 60 years. We sell, rent and service Develon, Fuchs, Prinoth and more. We're hiring a parts counter person at our Exeter branch to keep customers and our service shop supplied. What you'll do Serve walk-in, phone and email customers, and look up, quote and sell parts Build and crimp hydraulic hoses to spec for customers and our shop Pull and stage parts for our technicians and field service trucks Order stock and special-order parts from our manufacturers Receive, check in and put away shipments, and handle returns and warranty parts Ship parts out and arrange courier pickups Keep the counter and warehouse clean, organized and accurate, including cycle counts What you need Parts counter experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, truck or automotive, or mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn The ability to build hydraulic hoses: measuring, cutting, skiving, crimping and matching fittings A 433A Parts Technician licence is an asset Good computer skills (dealer system experience is an asset) Strong customer service and phone skills Organization and attention to detail A valid driver's license (a forklift ticket is an asset) The ability to lift 50 lbs What we offer $25 to $30/hr, based on experience Overtime after 44 hours Extended health, dental and vision coverage, starting after a 3-month probation An RRSP match of up to 2% of gross wages OEM parts training on Develon and our other brands CG Equipment welcomes applications from people with disabilities.
