Parts Specialist Ray Skillman Westside Kia – Indianapolis, IN Job description Ray Skillman Westside Kia is looking for a dedicated and outgoing individual for a career as a Parts Specialist. Qualifications: - Prior Parts experience required. - Professional appearance and an upbeat and friendly attitude. - Ability to use basic computer programs, answer customer phone calls, fill parts orders - Ability to lift light to medium weight objects and put away parts on shelves, some bending, stooping, and reaching required - Knowledge of automotive terms and have a basic understanding of automotive parts location and terminology. Responsibilities: - Establish effective communications with customers, technicians, and other team members- Ordering of parts, billing parts on invoices, answering phones, general duties including stocking and transporting parts. - Work in a team setting with the Parts Manager, Technicians, Service Advisors, and other Dealership personnel to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
