PARTS COUNTER PERSON Monumental Ford | Darien, Georgia Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Location: Darien, GA Compensation: Pay Based on Experience and Performance About Monumental Ford Monumental Ford is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our growing team in Darien, Georgia. Key Responsibilities · Assist service technicians, internal departments, wholesale accounts, and retail customers in identifying, locating, and ordering automotive parts. · Provide accurate and timely information regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. · Process, monitor, and track parts orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. · Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly received, labeled, stored, and organized. · Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to minimize repair delays and improve department efficiency. · Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and efficiently. · Support inventory control, stock replenishment, and parts department operations. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. · Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve operational goals. · Perform additional duties as assigned by the Parts Manager. Qualifications & Requirements · Previous Ford parts counter experience is required. · Strong knowledge of Ford automotive parts, accessories, and dealership parts operations. · Experience using CDK or another automotive dealership management system (DMS) is required. · Familiarity with XTime, OPS, RepairLink, and OEConnection is preferred. · Experience working with retail, wholesale, and internal service department customers. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. · Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. · Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. · Proficiency with computers, electronic parts catalogs, and inventory management systems. · Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. · Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering quality results.
