- Manage sales and orders: data entry, follow-up, shipping, returns, and warranty management, using parts and cash management systems.
- Ensure the opening and restocking of store inventory, optimize part placement, and participate in periodic inventories.
- Collaborate with workshop and sales teams to ensure an efficient parts flow and quick service.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales area compliant with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training activities and the improvement of sales and customer service processes.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales or a related role.
- Good general knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; quick ability to learn catalogs and references.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills; attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle parts; capacity to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in French; functional English is an asset.
- Reliability, discretion, and a service-oriented attitude, with a proactive, results-driven approach.
