Parts Counter Person

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales and be proficient in cash handling. Bilingual proficiency is a plus. Duties - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Checking in orders and posting in stock - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking inventory and sales - Support in sales efforts by promoting products and services - Basic knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics is beneficial - Inventory to ensure all parts are accounted for - Delivery parts to outside shops and collect money Experience - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Knowledge of CMMS is advantageous - Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers - Familiarity with automotive repair or diagnostics would be beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Paso Robles, CA 93446 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Paso Robles, CA 93446: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
