Role Description
As a Parts Sales Associate / Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth shopping experience tailored to their needs. Your main responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting customers and understanding their needs for automotive parts and accessories.
- Recommending the appropriate products and guiding customers toward the best solutions.
- Conducting part searches in the system and verifying references to ensure compatibility.
- Stocking aisles and monitoring the parts department to maintain order and product availability.
- Collaborating with the parts department team to optimize inventory and customer service.
- Participating in general counter maintenance and receiving customer orders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto parts sales, parts store, or customer service.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories (asset); ability to understand references and part numbers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Availability for flexible hours, potentially including evenings and weekends based on store needs.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
