- Guide customers towards the most suitable solutions and suggest additional sales to enhance their experience
- Present the features and benefits of products, answer questions, and provide advice as needed
- Highlight merchandise in the aisle, ensure presentation, labeling, and stock rotation; maintain cleanliness and order in the department
- Participate in restocking and inventory of the aisle
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure a positive customer experience
- Comply with safety standards and internal procedures; plan and adapt to varying schedules (including weekends and evenings)
Profile Sought
