Parts Counter Associate (Truck & Trailer) / Inventory Support

This role focuses on helping walk-in and phone customers with parts inquiries and orders, while also assisting with parts pulling and inventory updates. What You’ll Be Doing This role combines customer-facing parts counter duties with behind-the-scenes inventory control. Key responsibilities include: Looking up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems and catalogs Entering and processing parts orders accurately Picking and packing parts for shipping or technician use Receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming stock Performing inventory counts and resolving discrepancies Supporting the service team by locating and issuing needed parts Monitoring stock levels and assisting with reorders Maintaining a clean, organized parts and warehouse area What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly, professional communication with customers and coworkers Comfortable using computers and learning inventory/order systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Available full-time, Monday–Friday (7AM-4:30PM) Preferred but Not Required Experience in a parts department or parts counter role Knowledge of truck and trailer industry Prior inventory control, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Company paid family health insurance PTO and paid holidays How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed or send your resume to hr@abcotruck.com .
