We Can Teach You the Equipment! We're looking for a mechanically minded individual to join our parts department at a commercial lawn and snow removal equipment dealership. You don't need previous dealership or parts-counter experience. We can teach you our equipment and systems. What matters most is that you enjoy figuring out how things work, have an eye for mechanical details, and enjoy working with customers to help them find solutions. You'll help customers identify and order parts for commercial lawn mowers, snowplows, salt spreaders, and other outdoor power equipment. You'll learn to use parts diagrams, identify components, research equipment model numbers, and help contractors get the parts they need to keep their equipment working. Previous parts experience is welcome but not required. Mechanical aptitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are what we're looking for. Mason Lawn and Snow is looking for a reliable and organized Parts Counter Associate to be the front line of our parts and service counter. This role is essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting customers both in person and on the phone, helping coordinate service work, and handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts and service inquiries Be the first point of contact for walk in customers and address their needs Look up and sell parts, accessories, and maintenance items for multiple major brands of commercial lawncare and snow removal equipment Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks Order and track parts as needed Receive daily shipments and allocate parts to stock, sales orders, and repair orders.
