As a key member of our dealership, you'll help streamline parts ordering, manage inventory efficiently, and deliver exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back. Duties Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs. Process sales transactions accurately using lightspeed dms systems while handling cash and electronic payments securely. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, conducting regular stock checks, and updating records using inventory management software. Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and vehicle maintenance support. Maintain detailed records of parts orders, returns, and stock movements using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service. Support dealership operations by organizing parts displays, assisting with stock organization, and ensuring a clean work environment. Skills Extensive knowledge of powersports parts, accessories, and vehicle systems to provide accurate advice and solutions. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to assist with vehicle repair inquiries and diagnostics. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to serve diverse customer needs effectively Experience with POS systems for efficient sales processing and cash handling. Familiarity with inventory management tools such as lightspeed or similar software to maintain accurate stock levels. Proven ability in retail math for order fulfillment, pricing accuracy. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Negotiation skills to upsell products and resolve customer concerns positively.
