Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct agriculture parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs Process sales transactions accurately through cashiering systems, handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts with precision and professionalism Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction Collaborate with the service team to facilitate order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs or maintenance Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory levels, and customer interactions Support dealership operations by participating in stock management activities, including ordering parts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits Experience Previous experience in agriculture parts sales within a dealership or retail environment is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of agriculture parts and accessories, vehicle systems, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Strong sales management skills with experience in retail math, upselling agriculture products, and client relationship building A background in agriculture service or dealership operations combined with strong organizational skills will help you excel in managing stock levels and fulfilling orders efficiently Will train qualifying applicants Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
