Parts Counter Associate
VolkswagenJob Summary We’re looking for friendly, dependable Parts Counter People to help our techs and customers get the right parts fast. If you know your way around OEM lookups, stay organized, and like a busy shop, you’ll fit right in. Responsibilities Help customers and techs at the counter Look up and order parts Handle invoices, returns, and special orders Help with inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts in the warehouse or showroom area. Qualifications Experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments General mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers suppliers to maintain a positive workplace Organizational skills with attention to internal process, order fulfillment, inventory control, and record keeping Willingness to continually learn and help others Feeling unappreciated?
