Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the correct automotive parts Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash handling duties, and ensure proper cashiering procedures are followed Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, product knowledge, and personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business Collaborate with the service team to support automotive repair operations by providing parts quickly and accurately Manage incoming phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing product information or directing calls appropriately Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle systems Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively. Proficiency in retail math for order fulfillment, pricing, and inventory control calculations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail setting Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment Dealership experience is a plus.
