Parts Counter Associate

What You’ll Do: Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts Process parts orders, returns, and invoices efficiently and accurately Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs Maintain parts inventory levels and organization Research parts availability, pricing, and warranty information Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction Support daily parts department operations and ensure timely delivery to the service department Maintain attention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders Stock incoming inventory in the correct locations Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members Utilize electronic parts catalogs and processing systems effectively What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in an automotive parts department Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Basil Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) with Employer Match Multiple Health Insurance Plan Options Dental & Vision Coverage Life Insurance Disability Insurance Employee Social Events Join a team that values your experience and hard work.
