What You’ll Be Doing Working face-to-face with customers who know their way around a wrench — and those who don’t. Looking up and recommending the right part using electronic catalogs and your own experience. Preparing orders for local shops and walk-in customers. Supporting shop owners and mechanics with fast, accurate service. Keeping the shelves organized and helping with inventory so we never run out of what our customers need. Processing sales and returns (yes, there's a cash register, but the focus is on your parts knowledge). What We're Looking For You’ve worked in auto parts, service, or a related field — either professionally or personally. You’re comfortable with auto part catalogs (electronic and paper), and you're not afraid to ask questions to find the right fit. You enjoy problem-solving and helping customers get back on the road. You can handle a fast-paced day, stay organized, and lift up to 50 lbs (because rotors and batteries aren’t light). You’re reliable, hands-on, and not afraid to climb a ladder or hustle when it’s busy.
