Parts Counter Associate

Automotive Parts Counterperson Melbourne BMW — Melbourne, FL Melbourne BMW is looking for a dependable, organized Parts Counterperson to support our technicians, service advisors, retail customers, and wholesale accounts. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, communicates clearly, and follows through—from identifying the correct part to making sure the customer’s order is complete. What you’ll do Identify and quote parts accurately using electronic parts catalogs and vehicle information. Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers at the counter, by phone, and by email. Create accurate invoices and repair-order parts entries. Order and track special-order parts, communicate availability, and follow up on outstanding orders. Pull, check, and stage parts accurately for service jobs, customer pickup, and wholesale delivery. Process returns and cores according to dealership procedures. Help maintain accurate inventory through proper bin locations, stock checks, and reporting discrepancies. Keep the parts department organized and work with the team to resolve problems promptly. Receive and post parts when necessary. What we’re looking for Automotive parts experience preferred; dealership experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with part numbers, quantities, pricing, and paperwork. Professional customer service and clear communication. Ability to prioritize requests while maintaining accuracy. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and ownership of your work. BMW parts catalog and Reynolds Ignite experience are a plus.
