Parts Counter Agent
Jim Bass Cars and TrucksWe are looking for a dependable, organized, customer-focused individual to assist customers and technicians with their parts and accessories needs. Job Responsibilities: Help customers and technicians identify and order the correct parts and accessories. Look up parts using electronic catalogs and computer systems. Provide accurate pricing, availability, and order updates. Process sales, invoices, and returns. Receive shipments, stock shelves, and assist with inventory counts. Work with the team to ensure prompt, professional customer service. Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and work well with a team. Automotive parts or accessories experience preferred. Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.
