Parts Counter

Join the team at Suntrup Ford as a Parts Counter associate, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to both our internal teams and customers. This position offers a compensation range of $18.00 - $28.58 per week. Please note, this is a union position with the Teamsters, with pension and health and welfare. Responsibilities Assist technicians in selecting and procuring the correct parts required for the job. Provide accurate information regarding parts availability, specifications, and pricing. Process sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with the parts warehouse and service department to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain an organized and clean parts counter and inventory area. Support inventory management through ordering, receiving, and stocking parts. Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills. CDK knowledge is a plus. Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory software is a plus. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Benefits Competitive weekly compensation ranging from $18.00 to $28.58.
