Parts Coordinator / Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview WS Energy is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Parts Coordinator / Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and parts distribution at our Pecos yard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and supporting daily logistics. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels and ensure critical parts are stocked and available. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Main Warehouse and Pump Down Warehouse. Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate physical and digital records. Coordinate daily with the Shop Foreman and Mechanics to identify parts needed for repairs and upcoming jobs. Complete three scheduled parts runs per week to Midland and maintain accurate transfer documentation. Manage and update the online inventory system, including scanning, tagging, and tracking parts. Coordinate with vendors and purchasing personnel for ordering, returns, core exchanges, and warranty claims. Monitor purchase orders and follow up on parts availability and delivery timelines. Submit weekly inventory and warehouse reports to management. Conduct routine warehouse safety inspections and maintain compliance with company safety standards. Provide general yard and operational support as needed. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management, parts coordination, or inventory control. Oilfield, mechanical, or industrial experience preferred. Familiarity with oilfield equipment, parts, and supplies preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation Valid driver’s license (for running errands) Join our team where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistics processes and driving operational excellence!
