Parts Coordinator

Best Body Shop is seeking a Parts Coordinator who will report to the Production Manager, and will oversee all ordering and receiving of parts/materials necessary for the production team to perform all repair plan operations to our customers vehicles. This role will communicate regularly with the technicians providing accurate and timely updates as a direct contact with our vendors as well as manage relationships with all parts/materials vendors and ensure all purchases are profitable for the company. Order and Receive all parts for the vehicles in our repair shop utilizing our current online parts procurement platforms. General knowledge of how to read a repair plan. Find creative solutions for parts orders in extreme situations (backorders, discontinued parts, etc.) Maintain proper storage of checked in parts waiting for buy off. Maintain clean and organized parts warehouse. Handle all vendor discrepancies with deliveries and or invoicing issues. Maintain professional relationship with all vendors and delivery personnel.
