Parts Coordinator

We are looking for the right candidate to join our Parts Team: The responsibilities of the position include but, are not limited to: ● Receiving Customer calls for part requests ● Selecting appropriate shipping vendors ● Packaging and shipping parts orders for Canada. ● Processing credit card payments for Canada and the USA. ● Invoicing ● Inventory reporting ● Unpacking and restocking parts. Training will be provided on the proper handling of our products, procedures, and equipment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a small office with a fast pace. Multi-tasking, customer service, and attention to detail carry significant importance in this role. Experience and Skills: - 2+ Years Experience in a Customer facing Parts position - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to lift 50lbs is required - Mechanically Inclined - Ability to perform data entry, payment tasks with speed and accuracy - Knowledge of Furnace/Boiler systems is beneficial - Strong negotiation skills for procurement activities - Mechanical knowledge for identifying equipment is desirable - Understanding of supply chain management principles - Experience with coordinating Inventory and parts for multiple locations is a plus. This position will require overtime during the busy season, from October to March, and benefit from flexibility in schedule in our slower season from April to August. ● Training provided ● Paid Vacation + Holidays ● Weekends off ● Growing market ● Work independently All applicants with appropriate experience will be considered.
