WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Serve customers with enthusiasm and respond to their needs by conducting various searches; • Respond to internal requests from shop technicians; • Efficiently maintain inventory movements in the parts system and keep accurate inventory at all times; • Organize showroom displays to meet customer needs; • Ensure the receiving and shipping of parts merchandise; • Sell all types of complementary or related products based on the customer’s initial request; • Always comply with workplace health and safety standards and policies. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: • Experience as a parts clerk (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset. • A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector. • Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role. • Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
