South Shore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, located in Brossard, is looking for a Parts Clerk/Sales Advisor to strengthen our parts department and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Process parts sales and orders, prepare quotes, and follow up.
- Manage the parts inventory at the counter and ensure the organization of the parts section.
- Work closely with technicians and service teams to ensure parts availability.
- Handle returns and exchanges and provide quick and courteous service.
- Use the SERTI system for parts searches and orders (asset).
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the counter and contribute to the overall customer experience.
- Participate in achieving sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Profile Sought:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an automobile dealership.
- Ideally, CPA card of class A or B with strong skills.
- Strong customer service skills, active listening, and excellent communication.
- Team spirit, versatility, and ability to manage priorities.
- Knowledge of the SERTI system is a plus.
- Good level of spoken and written French; English is an asset.
- Motivation, initiative, and attention to detail.
