Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our automotive team! Duties Assist customers in selecting and locating automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice based on their needs Manage parts inventory using dealership systems, POS (Point of Sale) software, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability Maintain organized records of sales, orders, and customer interactions using Microsoft Excel and other organizational tools Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers or new products to customers Collaborate with service technicians to identify parts requirements for repairs and maintenance jobs Experience Previous dealership experience or retail sales background preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers and vendors Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS software, and Microsoft Excel is beneficial Knowledge of automotive repair processes, maintenance procedures, and parts specifications is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and inventory management Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Join our team where your energy fuels our success!
