Parts Clerk
LEN DUDAS MOTORSOverview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, processing parts requests, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations. The Parts Clerk will work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with weekends and holidays off, providing a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory of parts, ensuring accurate records and proper storage Process incoming and outgoing parts requests efficiently and accurately Assist technicians and staff in locating and retrieving parts as needed Receive, inspect, and organize parts shipments upon arrival Update inventory systems to reflect current stock levels and movements Maintain a clean and organized parts department or storage area Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to order parts as required Support the overall workflow of the parts department to ensure timely service delivery Qualifications Previous experience in a parts or inventory management role is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors and customers Ability to operate basic office equipment and inventory management software Dependable with a consistent work schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our operations while enjoying regular weekday hours.
