Parts Clerk

Trailines has an immediate opening for a Parts Counter Clerk. Knowledge of trailers and chassis parts is needed as well as computer skills and billing experience and customer service skills. Duties: · Work between the Trailines Parts Department and the Trailer shop at all 3 locations and the truck shop at the West Chester location in getting parts acquired and on the correct workorder for billing. · Job is stationed in West Chester · Ability to do research in manuals, on-line and by phone · Utilize the order management system to accurately track and manage inventory. · Answer phones and take care of Customer inquiries and take messages when needed. · Clean and pitch in wherever needed in storeroom and warehouse. · Assist with stocking shelves when needed. · Requirements: -Minimum of 4 years in the parts field -Clean Driver's license -Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers and other employees - Ability to lift heavy objects and operate equipment for parts handling purposes · Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. 8:00am - 4:30 pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): If it is not clear on your resume, please tell us more about your parts experience and industry experience.
