Parts Clerk Immediate Opening Shields Business Solutions, Inc. the largest independent ATM, Cash Handling and Armored Transportation Company in NJ and Eastern PA is seeking a full time experienced Parts Clerk to work in their Moorestown location Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Responsibilities include: Prepare parts requisitions (daily) Issue purchase orders and track in-house inventory (backup) Request quotes from vendors (backup) Track parts received and issued Shipping and receiving Perform general housekeeping in parts area Occasionally pick up and deliver parts Ability to be in-house trained on a forklift Requirements for this role include: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail Legible handwriting Must have a valid driver's license Warehouse and Inventory Experience a plus Minimum of 2 years experience parts clerk Proficient in Excel and Windows Able to work occasional overtime Must pass an extensive background screening including: physical, drug and criminal Shields Business Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
