We are seeking a Parts Associate for our Jerome, ID, location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak harvest season. You’ll work directly with customers, technicians, and sales staff to provide essential parts and support, ensuring farmers stay productive in the field. Responsibilities: Assist customers, service technicians, and sales staff with parts identification and orders. Provide accurate quotes and process parts sales. Order and manage inventory from multiple vendors. Process invoices, handle paperwork, and maintain transaction records. Receive, ship, and organize parts inventory. Contribute to a well-organized, efficient parts department. What We’re Looking For: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Previous experience in parts sales or agriculture (preferred but not required). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
