Parts and Service Specalist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs effectively. Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized. Execute order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Apply retail math skills to assist in sales analysis and inventory control. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that arise. Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone. Utilize Excel for reporting purposes, maintaining records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics. Familiarize yourself with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for operational efficiency. Skills Proficiency in POS systems for transaction processing. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Knowledge of retail math for sales analysis and inventory management is preferred. Ability to maintain organization in stock management and order fulfillment processes. Experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer communications professionally. Familiarity with CMMS is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Proficient in Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis tasks.
