Parts and Service Manager
Southeastern Trailer and Equipment**Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department including: Maintaining appropriate inventory levels based on sales and service needs. Establish and monitor parts pricing and gross profit margins . Oversee parts purchasing, receiving, stocking, returns, and inventory control. Ensure accurate parts invoicing and proper documentation. Maintain an organized and professional parts counter and storage area. Work with service technicians to ensure parts are available when needed. Assist customers with identifying and purchasing trailer parts and accessories. Monitor department sales, gross profit, expenses, and overall profitability. **Manage the daily operations of the Service Department including: Schedule and prioritize trailer repairs, inspections, maintenance, and installations. Supervise service technicians and service personnel. Monitor repair orders from opening through completion. Ensure technicians have the proper parts, equipment, tools, and information to complete repairs. Review estimates and obtain customer approval before performing additional work. Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality of work. Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly. Coordinate trailer warranty repairs and warranty claims. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. **Sales Department Support Work closely with the Sales Department on new and used trailer deliveries. Coordinate pre-delivery inspections and required repairs. Assist with trailer accessories, upgrades, and installations. Ensure sold trailers are completed and ready for customer delivery on schedule. Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
