Parts and Service Director

Munson Earth Moving Corp. in Williston is looking for a Parts and Service Director for our retail shop. We are a heavy equipment shop with about 8-10 mechanics, machinists and welder/fabricators who work on retail jobs as well as in-house work to maintain our fleet for field work. This position supports the shop supervisor and all mechanics writing work orders, invoicing and parts procurement for all retail and in-house work. - Take and make phone calls to customers to bring in work - Procure parts and maintain vendor relationships - Create work orders and invoices when work is completed - Collect payments - Monitor receivables and follow up with customers on payments - Works with accounting department to code invoices correctly - Other tasks asked of shop supervisor Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual as needed.
