Parts and Inventory Coordinator

Parts Coordinator Location: Suffern, NY (on-site) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour Employment type: Temp-to-hire About the role Our client, a retail furniture company, is adding a Parts Coordinator to its growing parts department in Suffern, NY. The role splits time between the inventory system and the warehouse floor: you’ll keep parts inventory accurate at the computer, then pull the parts and inventory the team requests. Service and parts inventory experience is a plus, but the client will train the right person who is comfortable on a computer and adaptable. What you’ll do Pull parts and inventory from warehouse locations as requested Enter, update, and track parts in the inventory system Receive, label, and put away incoming parts Perform counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies Stage parts for service and delivery teams Keep the parts area organized, clean, and safe Communicate with the service and warehouse teams on part availability and status What we’re looking for Good general computer skills (data entry, email, comfortable learning new software) Service and/or parts inventory experience preferred, but not required Adaptable, and able to move between desk work and warehouse floor work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance for a 7:00 AM start Able to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and lifting Why apply Training provided for the right candidate Consistent early daytime schedule Temp-to-hire opportunity in a growing department Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Computer skills: 2 years (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Suffern, NY 10901 (Required) Work Location: In person
