Overview Join our dynamic team as a Parts and Delivery Associate, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts and equipment to our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for handling parts inventory, loading and unloading vehicles, and delivering goods safely and promptly. Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and organize parts using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts. Deliver parts directly to customers’ locations using company-provided vehicles, ensuring timely arrivals. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and provide excellent service. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and manual handling of heavy items. Follow safe lifting practices during all manual handling tasks to prevent injury and ensure workplace safety.Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving, preferably with commercial driving or courier roles. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; . Strong understanding of traffic regulations, DOT requirements, and safe driving practices for route driving. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly while adhering to safe lifting practices; experience with manual handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to work independently while managing multiple deliveries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
