About the Position We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring our customers and internal teams receive the highest level of support and service. Key Responsibilities Respond to parts inquiries from customers, technicians, and sales staff in a prompt and professional manner Accurately fulfill parts orders and manage returns Navigate inventory and order management systems with efficiency Organize, move, and lift parts inventory (up to 50 pounds unassisted) Utilize the Reynolds system for parts sales and inventory control Identify and locate model-specific parts quickly and accurately Maintain a strong understanding of inventory control best practices Support high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership standards Take on additional tasks as assigned to support department success Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components Able to work independently and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced environment Able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Reynolds system experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Why Join Otto’s - What We Offer Highly competitive compensation and incentive programs Dental / Vision / Health benefits package RRSP match Wellness program Drive your Brand Incentive Employee pricing on products and services Employee rewards / events Family branded environment Comprehensive training and development support Excellent insurance benefits and employee discounts Positive, supportive team culture in a world-class facility
