About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a Parts Person to join our team in Courtenay, B.C. About You You are reliable, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in accuracy, organization, efficiency, and getting the job done right. The ideal candidate will have: Red Seal Parts Person certification (preferred) Minimum 3 years of parts experience (heavy-duty preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in aftermarket parts sales (preferred) Experience with Karmak Fusion (an asset) Strong organizational and inventory management skills Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Forklift Licence Strong computer skills Key Responsibilities Identify, source, and sell heavy-duty truck, equipment, and automotive parts Assist with stock orders and inventory control Maintain accurate inventory records Follow strict safety protocols and best practices Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts department Support shop technicians and external customers with accurate parts solutions This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values teamwork, accountability, and steady work in a growing organization. This position is part of the United Steelworkers Union – Local 1-1937.
