Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing automotive parts, ensuring they receive outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: · Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders. · Identify and recommend appropriate parts based on customer needs and vehicle specifications. · Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and transactions. · Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and efficiently. · Coordinate with vendors to source and order necessary parts. · Ensure the parts department is organized, clean, and well-stocked. · Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients. Qualifications: · Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related role is preferred. · Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. · Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
