IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Scarborough Mitsubishi as a Parts Counter Sales Person . Location: 1910 Eglinton Ave. East, Scarborough, ON We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed. Able to work full-time 5 days per week including Saturdays with one day off during the week. Here's what you'll deliver: Efficiently help customers select the right parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality service. Answer telephone calls, and pricing, and provide any other information. Taking orders by telephone for retail and wholesale customers while servicing technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts. Receive payments from retail customers. Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's policies and guidelines. What you'll need to succeed: Customer relationship skills, customer satisfaction including listening and the ability to communicate effectively is the number one priority. Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude. PBS, CDK, Reynolds experience is beneficial. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills and pays attention to detail. Ability to follow set and standard procedures along with company policies regarding payment processing. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed. Ability to work independently and take self-initiative. Must have a valid G driver's licence and clean drivers’ abstract.
