Belleville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Person to join our team. Automotive parts experience is an asset, but we’re also interested in candidates with retail or over-the-counter experience who enjoy helping people, staying organized and learning something new. What you’ll do: Help retail customers, service technicians and advisors find the right parts Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the parts counter and by phone Look up parts, confirm fitment and availability, and prepare quotes Receive, inspect, label and organize parts shipments Process orders, invoices, returns and warranty-related parts as required Keep the parts department clean, organized and running smoothly Communicate with the service and sales teams to help meet customer needs Handle several requests at once while maintaining accuracy Use good judgment and problem-solving skills when parts or order issues arise What you’ll bring: A team-first attitude and a helpful, professional approach Reliability and a willingness to show up ready to work when scheduled The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems Good communication and problem-solving skills Customer service experience, including retail or over-the-counter sales Flexibility to work a rotating early or late shift CSA-approved safety footwear Automotive parts experience is an asset. Experience with PBS or Mopar parts systems is a plus, but it’s not required. We’re happy to consider candidates with transferable retail experience and a strong interest in learning the automotive parts business. Interested?
