Fox Grand Traverse Ford is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to join our busy and growing dealership. What You'll Do Work closely with service technicians, service advisors, and retail and wholesale customers to identify and supply the correct parts. Utilize electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems to research, locate, and order parts accurately. Support a busy service department by ensuring technicians receive the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently. Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and delivery information. Identify additional parts and accessories opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Coordinate special orders, returns, and inventory availability. Help maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient parts department. Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to department sales and profitability. What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership parts experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and repair terminology. Experience with electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers. Sales-minded approach with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality. Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
