Responsibilities: Ordering, invoicing and receiving parts Ensure all parts and accessories pricing is accurate, competitive, and correctly displayed Coordinate with technicians to order or stock necessary parts to ensure successful service in a timely manner Maintain accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a physical inventory, cycle count, and proper counter procedures to ensure product availability when needed Greet customers in the parts store and provide excellent overall customer service Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers Qualifications: Strong computer skills Process oriented with excellent organization and follow up skills Excellent people skills RV or camping product knowledge is preferred but not required A valid driver's license may be required This work requires the following physical activities: Climbing, bending stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual activity The work will primarily be performed indoors Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
